Omg, I agree with Elon Musk! I know him & Trumplestiltskin have lost minds, but me?

The "One big beautiful bill act" is a ridiculous name, for a crazy idea - Make America In Debt Again? I still don't understand who to. I read somewhere that countries owe each other trillions, but I have no idea how this works. 

I remember the Tories banging on about decreasing the national debt, and then raising it, and the Labour Party being accused of going to increase it, but actually reducing it. Perhaps its just a way to hog-tie Labour when in power, and to justify "austerity" when the Tories rule.
