ILLEGALLY PROMENADING

On my afternoon primal walk with lumpy dog, in 1.5 miles, I counted 4 illegal activities on the Mumbles prom. One electric bicycle, illegal because the rider was not pedalling, one monocycle, again independently powered, one electric scooter, not from a hire scheme, and one chap sitting in a purple haze smelling very distinctively. :-)

One young lady also passed me without pedalling, but that could have just been momentum. I didn't watch her long enough to judge. 

I often see police forces posting that they are siezing illegal wheels, but can they actually keep up with supply? After my brush with balaclava clad scrotes earlier on, I'm not sure they can. Perhaps they need to be pursuing the sellers of these devices?
