Sharks & Jets / Montagues & Capulets

Talking about plagiarism, you gotta love Lenny Bernstein/Stephen Sondheim's retelling of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet, as West Side Story. It popped up yesterday, as a fave of my Mother-in-law, Doreen, and a choice for the "reflection piece" at her funeral. She loved the film, & particularly "Somewhere". 

I think it's as near to perfect as you can get.
